R. v. E.A. (2011) – sexual assault, domestic assault – Superior Court, Jury, charges dismissed after Wylita Clark exposed lack of credibility of complainant. No criminal record for client.
R. v. R.R. (2011) – child sexual assault – charges withdrawn by Crown after Wylita Clark’s cross-examination of complainant at Preliminary Inquiry. No criminal record for client.
R. v. N.K. (2011) – possession for purposes of trafficking – withdrawn by Crown due to illegal search issues raised by Wylita Clark. No criminal record for client.
R. v. D.W. (2011) – impaired driving – reduced to traffic ticket after Wylita Clark established that there had been a violation of the accused’s rights. No criminal record for client.
